Q.  How do you keep your prices so low?
I work from my home office (no rent, no utilities, etc) during my evening hours and weekends.

Q.  How long will it take you to complete my tax return?
For all Non-Schedule C tax returns I have a 72 business hours guaranteed turn around (Sundays excluded).  A
"turnaround" means that I will contact you that I have completed your taxes with the information that you provided me
at the beginning.  I may ask you additional questions in order to maximize your return.  With most (if not all) tax
preparation franchises you will sit down with a non-accountant who only knows how to fill in the boxes.  They will not
analyze or ask you additional questions that may help you maximize your return (credits, deductions, etc).

Q.  Will I know how much this will cost me?
Yes.  All my fees are a set price.  If there are additional fees I will let you know up front before I start so you can
determine if using my services is right for you. If you feel that I am unreasonable you can walk away with
no questions asked.  I understand.

Q.  Why File Electronically?
  • Faster Refund:  Taxpayers who file electronically typically receive their refunds 6 to 10 days.
  • Greater Accuracy:  The error rate is less than 1% with returns filed electronically compare to 20% paper returns.
  • Legal Proof of Filing:  The IRS & State agency will let you know that the return has been received & accepted.
  • Convenience:  You can have your refund deposited straight into your check and/or savings account

Q.  Is my return secure?
Absolutely!  As a corporate accountant I understand the importance of privacy and controls of information.  Your
information will never be sold or given to a third-party (unless required by law).  That is not my business.  All your
information scanned and saved to a secure external hard drive. 

Q.  Do you prepare state taxes outside of Missouri or Kansas?
You bet!  My tax preparation software will allow me to prepare your taxes anywhere in the US.
